Putting Bath on the Map

Putting Bath on the Map, an exhibition of maps from a private collection that show Bath, England from the 17th century to the present. “Collectively these maps tell the story of the city’s evolution from the medieval city to the Georgian spa and beyond. The maps also reveal the development of map making as both an art and a science.” The exhibition opened last Saturday and runs until November 28, 2011, at the Building of Bath Collection, Countess of Huntingdon’s Chapel, in Bath.
