Organic Farms in the United States
A lot of maps of the lower 48 lately. The New York times maps organic farms in the United States, which aren’t distributed the same way as farms in general; they’re clustered in a few areas. “Areas in the Northeast and Northwest have many small organic farms that sell produce directly to consumers. Large organic farms, which some critics call organic agribusiness, have flourished in California.” Thanks to Andy Anderson for the link.
